Product Care

  • While our premium knives are crafted with the highest standards, no metal is entirely "rustproof."

  • To keep your blade in pristine condition, avoid leaving acidic foods on the surface, as prolonged contact may cause the blade to darken. For optimal care, promptly clean and dry the blade after use.

  • Should any rust appear on your carbon steel blade, use a "Rust Cleaner" to restore its original shine. Simply dampen the cleaner and gently wipe in the direction of the blade’s pattern.

  • Finish by cleaning the blade with a wet cloth and drying it with a soft paper towel. Your knife will remain as sharp and beautiful as the day you first used it.

Wooden Handle Care

  • Regularly oil the handle with food-grade mineral oil or specially formulated wood oils for knives. This helps protect the wood from moisture and prevents cracking.

  • After each use, dry the wooden handle thoroughly. Excess moisture, dirt, or food residue can damage the wood, causing it to rot or warp over time.

  • Keep wooden handles out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can lead to discoloration and drying of the wood.

  • Apply a suitable wood polish or varnish to protect the handle. If the product may come into contact with food, ensure that it is food safe.
